Coming Home
The 12-Week Reset for Nervous System & Metabolic Health
Restore your biological rhythm and rebuild the capacity your body has been asking for.
A 12-week reset for people who feel like they’re doing everything right—training, fueling, pushing—but their body isn’t responding the way it used to. This is where we rebuild metabolic health, restore nervous system regulation, and help your body feel like a place you can trust again.
Founding cohort starting May 25, 2026.
the foundation
Restore Rhythm in Your Body
The foundation of Coming Home is the restoration of your biological rhythm. For those navigating the depths of burnout, movement isn’t just exercise; it’s a primary signal of safety. When that signal becomes inconsistent, the body shifts into protection—purposefully slowing energy production, recovery, and adapting the best it can.
By reconnecting with the natural cycles of your body—through walking, gentle restore practices, and intentional doses—we begin to regulate the nervous system and rebuild a steady baseline. Not forced, not rushed, but steadily. This is how the body starts to feel safe enough to adapt again.
In this 12-week reset, we focus on rebuilding metabolic capacity without the threat of further depletion. This is about movement as the foundation of health—a targeted recalibration that restores metabolic health and allows your body to feel at home in your skin again.
What would it feel like be at home in your body again?
You’re doing everything “right,” yet something still feels off.
You’re training, showing up, staying consistent—but your energy dips, your recovery lags, and your body doesn’t respond the way it used to.
There’s a sense that something underneath it all isn’t fully aligned.
Maybe it’s your hormones.
Maybe it’s a sluggish metabolism.
Or maybe it’s the accumulated stress of trying to keep up with a modern pace of life.
This is for you if:
You feel like your body isn’t responding the way it used to
You’re staying active, but your energy feels inconsistent
You’ve tried to push through fatigue, stress, or burnout—but something still feels stagnant
You want to feel strong again without running yourself into the ground
Most people aren’t lacking effort. Their system is already carrying too much. When training, stress, and daily life stack without enough rhythm or recovery, the body adapts by pulling back. Energy becomes inconsistent, recovery slows, and progress plateaus. Not because you’re doing something wrong—but because your body is protecting itself.
The solution isn’t more intensity.
It’s restoring the conditions that allow your body to find rhythm again.
Coming Home is a 12-week reset designed to rebuild your capacity and help your body feel like yours again.

What begins to shift when your body has the right conditions
Metabolic Health 🍊
Restore your body’s ability to produce and use energy efficiently.
Support mitochondrial function and stabilize blood sugar through simple daily rhythms. Energy becomes more steady, and your body starts to feel fueled instead of drained.
Hormone Balance 🌿
Support more stable and responsive hormone patterns. By aligning with your natural rhythms, we create the conditions for your endocrine system to regulate more effectively. This often shows up as more consistent energy and a body that feels less reactive.
Trust in Your Body 🌊
Rebuild a steady sense of trust with your body. As signals become clearer, you begin to understand what your body needs—and respond without forcing or second-guessing. Movement starts to feel supportive again.
Nervous System Resilience 🤍
Build the capacity to handle stress without tipping into exhaustion.
Through consistent, low-threat movement and intentional recovery, your system shifts out of constant alert. You may notice deeper sleep, faster recovery, and a greater sense of calm.
Longevity Foundation 🏔
Create a foundation for long-term health and performance. Support joints, connective tissue, metabolism, and recovery in a way that builds resilience over time. This is about staying capable for the decades ahead.
Capacity Building 💧
Increase your ability to handle both training and life. By restoring rhythm first, strength and endurance build in a way your body can sustain. You recover faster, stay more consistent, and stop cycling through burnout.
Return Home
There comes a point where pushing harder stops working. Where more effort doesn’t create more progress. It just creates more strain.
Coming Home is a different approach. We restore the foundation your body depends on—so your energy stabilizes, your movement becomes effective again, and your body feels like something you can trust, not something you have to manage.
If something in you knows it’s time to shift, this is your place to start.
Investment
$375 for the full 12-week reset.
(About $30 per week)
Less than what most people spend in a month on gym memberships, supplements, or programs that don’t address the root.
You don’t need to be ready. You don’t need to be consistent. You just need to begin where you are.
Founding cohort starts May 25.
The power isn’t in doing more.
It’s in finding the rhythm that restores.
Frequently Asked Questions
We want you to feel fully confident as you begin your journey. Here are answers to common questions about the Coming Home program, our approach, and how we help you rebuild your capacity.
Who is the Coming Home program for?
It's designed for anyone navigating burnout or fatigue who feels they’ve hit a plateau. Whether you're an athlete or just looking to reclaim your vitality, this program helps you rebuild from the ground up.
What is the time commitment?
The program is progressive. Early phases require 5-15 minutes of restore practice daily and 30-45 minutes of walking. Later phases build toward 15-45 minutes of daily rhythm including specific strength sessions 3x a week.
Will I receive individualized coaching?
During the live calls, there is space for questions, discussion, and coaching within the group setting. Many people find that hearing others’ experiences provides insight into their own.
Do I need any equipment?
The foundation is based on walking and bodyweight movement. Any specific tools needed for metabolic support or advanced training will be discussed with options for simple household alternatives.
How quickly will I notice changes?
Many people notice shifts in energy, sleep, and recovery within the first 2-3 weeks. Deeper changes in capacity and resilience build over time as rhythm is restored.
Can I do this if I have an injury?
In many cases, yes. The program emphasizes low-load, adaptable movement and can often be modified. Communicate with your medical provider to make sure that you are cleared for walking.
What if I feel out of shape or inconsistent right now?
You don’t need to be in shape to begin. This program starts from wherever you are. Feeling depleted or disconnected from your body is exactly the place we begin.
What if I can't attend the live calls?
No problem. All Wednesday calls at 6:30 PM Pacific are recorded and uploaded to the portal within 24 hours, so you can watch them at your convenience.
Why is there no refund policy?
Because of limited enrollment, refunds aren't offered once the program begins. If you're unsure, reach out with questions before starting.
Can I do this with a friend or partner?
Yes. Many people find it helpful to move through this work alongside someone else. Each person enrolls individually, but the experience can be deeply supportive when shared.
What if I fall behind or miss time?
This isn’t a program that requires perfect adherence. The structure is there to support you, but the deeper goal is helping you learn how to respond to your body in real time.
What outcomes can I expect?
Participants experience stabilized energy, better recovery, improved metabolic health, and a stronger connection to their body's unique signals and rhythms.
When does the founding cohort start?
The founding cohort officially begins May 25, 2026. Enrollment is limited to ensure a focused and supportive experience for all participants.
Is this program geared toward athletes or general population?
Both. The framework comes from working with athletes, but it applies to anyone navigating fatigue or burnout. The principles are the same for everyone.
